No voice data is stored, and transcripts are kept temporarily for up to 90 days unless deleted earlier by the customer.

Transcripts:
The generated transcripts are stored for 30 or 90 days (depending on the data type) to allow for follow-up processing such as summarization, translation, or format conversion.
However, the customer can manually delete the transcript at any time before that period ends.
