Personal data is only processed in the context of publicly known individuals, using the following sources:

Proprietary datasets manually annotated by Aiconix

Public datasets, e.g., from Wikimedia Commons

Pretrained open-source models and weights based on publicly available research datasets

Proprietary models from partners, provided under appropriate licensing
Customer data is strictly separated.
There is no overlap in training between customers, and each customer has the ability to permanently and irreversibly delete their own models at any time.
To ensure legal compliance, our Master Subscription Agreement (MSA) includes clear clauses prohibiting the unlawful use of the services, such as:
