I'm planning an event. Will there be live support during the event?

The basics about our support infrastructure.

Our team actively monitors system availability and provides support during business hours, Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm (CET / UTC+1). We offer standard support with typical response times of up to 24 hours via our support channels.

Unfortunately, our team is unable to provide 24/7 live support at this time. To ensure a smooth experience during your live event, we strongly recommend that you configure and thoroughly test your Deep Live Hub workflows in advance. While we monitor the overall stability of the system, having your workflows pre-configured and tested will help ensure that they work seamlessly during your live event.

If you are utilizing a large volume package for the Deep Live Hub and require 24/7 live support for your application, we encourage you to reach out to our sales team for assistance. In many instances, we can arrange this support through a Solution Partner for an additional fee.
